ARCP 2 Projects Get Underway
12 Units 2-Classroom School Buildings, 4 Day-care Centers and 2 Packages Farm-to-Market Roads Concreting

Under the Agrarian Reform Communities Project 2 (ARCP 2), and through the initiative of Mayor Arnie B. Fuentebella, VM Ruel M. San Gaspar and the local Sangguniang Bayan, Tigaon was entitled to Eighteen (18) Sub-Projects.
This partnership of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), the Municipal Government of Tigaon has brought about positive prospects to the infrastructure development of the town primarily benefitting agrarian reform communities in the place.
With a 60:40 cost sharing scheme to an approximately Seventy (Php 70,000,000.00) Million worth of sub-projects, the LGU will be shouldering Sixty (60%) Percent of the total cost, which load was lightened as the town was an awardee of a 
These infrastructure initiatives will take shape as follows:

Barangay Mabalodbalod - 2 Units 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay Panagan - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay Salvacion - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay Talojongon - 1 Unit Day-Care Center
Barangay Gubat - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building and 1 Unit Day-Care Center
Barangay Tinawagan - 2 Units 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay Coyaoyao - 1 Unit Day-Care Center
Barangay Cabalinadan - 2 Units 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay San Francisco - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building and 1 Unit Day-Care Center
Barangay Vinagre - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building
Barangay Huyon-huyon - 1 Unit 2-Classroom School Building
Farm-to-Market Roads for concreting:
Caraycayon-Borobaroti-Tinawagan FMR and Tinawagan-Coyaoyao FMR
Procurement activities had already been undertaken for these infrastructure projects that are soon to commence implementation and expected to be completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days just in time for the opening of classes come June 2013.
Harnessing its best practices in governance that adheres to the mandates and policies set forth that is indicative of accountability and transparency reflective of the tow’s vision statement, Tigaon is just awaiting confirmation from the DILG for it has maintained its status that leveled-up to a Silver Seal of Good Housekeeping Award for the rating year 2012.
